Orient London restaurant needed a website that reflected their rebrand and relaunch of a premises in Chinatown, Soho, London. They provided branding to Coast Design in order for a prototype to be created.
Coast Design created a website based in Wordpress in order to allow Orient London the full power to manage it themselves. The main emphasis was on the food and to put the brand front and centre.
Often, browsing through the restaurants of Chinatown online ready to plan an evening out, it's the strong element of design that captures the audience. Luckily the branding here is so strong, it's easily the best on offer within London's West End.
A news section was also added in order to support a future content strategy and the website was launched within six weeks.
The website was ready to launch before the grand opening, in order to get indexed by search engines. Future projects are planned including implementing a third party table booking system, which will enable Coast Design to track website conversions more accurately.
